Registration, cost and travelling
Participation is open to all qualified applicants, but the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 40. If we receive more applications, we will select participants based on their work area and background, geographic distribution, and date of registration. To indicate an interest to participate, please fill in the registration form (will be provided soon).
The registration fee is EUR400. It includes accommodation at the student hostel Celica (http://www.souhostel.com/) and JSI appartments:
- 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms are available in the hostel
- JSI appartments are 2 and 3 bedroom fully fitted appartments with 2 beds per room
Please select your preferred option in the registration form. The rooms will be allocated on the first come first server basis.
The registration fee for participants not needing accommodation is EUR280.
Breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, a gala dinner, and all study materials are included in the fee.
Participants are expected to arrive in the afternoon or evening of Sunday, August 31st. The school will start on Monday (01/09) morning and end on Friday (05/09) afternoon.
